**Global Tax Manager (6-Month FTC) - Part-time (3-days)**
A Chartered Tax Advisor is sought by a global renewable energy company in Dublin City to oversee tax matters and advise senior management on tax-related issues.
This part-time role (22 hours approx.) covers a 6-month contract basis and offers a hybrid work model, contract completion bonus, and additional benefits.
**Responsibilities:**
- Assist with tax due diligence, acquisitions/disposals, and Revenue engagement.
- Liaise regularly with external tax advisors and internal teams.
- Manage tax compliance requirements, computations, and payments.
- Guide financing teams on tax implications and structuring of transactions.
- Identify, monitor, and manage areas of tax risk.
- Assist with tax considerations associated with investor transactions.
- Manage tax budget and implement tax savings for the business.
**Requirements:**
- Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) qualification.
- Corporate tax experience and international tax knowledge.
- Strong commercial acumen and interest in renewable/sustainability sector.
- Advanced Excel and IT skills.
- SUN software advantageous.
