Job Description
Part-time Global Tax Manager sought for 6-month contract to oversee tax matters in a global renewable energy company.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, this role will cover tax compliance, transfer pricing, tax structuring, and advising the Senior Management Team.
This role offers a hybrid work model and additional benefits, including a contract completion bonus.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with tax due diligence, acquisitions/disposals, and Revenue engagement.
- Liaise with external tax advisors and internal teams on tax matters.
- Review and assist with tax compliance requirements, computations, and payments.
- Guide the financing teams on tax implications and structuring of transactions.
- Identify, monitor, and manage areas of tax risk.
- Assist with tax considerations associated with investor transactions.
- Manage tax budget and implement tax savings for the business.
Requirements:
- Chartered Tax Advisor (CTA) essential, ACA qualification preferable.
- Corporate Tax experience, international tax knowledge preferable.
- Strong commercial acumen and an interest in renewable/sustainability sector.
- Advanced Excel and IT skills, SUN software advantageous.
- Strong communicator with attention to detail.
