Job Summary: Our Guest Experience Experts deliver memorable and unique experiences for guests, empowered to move about their space and address operational needs, guest requests, and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process operational needs and guest requests
* Complete reports and share local area highlights
* Move about space, stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and take a hands-on approach to work, lifting objects weighing up to 10 pounds
Requirements:
* High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
* Ability to work on feet and take a hands-on approach to work
* Professional uniform, appearance, and communications
