Lead fitness classes, provide personalized plans, assist with equipment, maintain a clean and safe environment, and motivate members to reach their fitness goals as a Gym Instructor in Tullamore, Ireland.
Responsibilities:
- Lead fitness classes such as yoga, Pilates, and spin
- Provide personalized fitness plans for members
- Assist members with equipment use and proper form
- Maintain a clean and safe gym environment
- Monitor member progress and make necessary adjustments to their fitness plans
Requirements:
- Certification in Personal Training, Fitness Instruction, or related field required
- Strong knowledge of fitness equipment and proper form
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to motivate and inspire members to reach their fitness goals
