Job Description:
We are looking for a vibrant, passionate, efficient and competent head chef for our new restaurant in Glasthule.

The role will be to run the kitchen with support from the chef/owner.

Our establishment is best described as a local neighbourhood eatery which will focus on an elevated Breakfast, Lunch & Brunch offering.

The head chef will be the main chef on duty and tasks will include being responsible for set up of mise en place and breakfast while filling orders and prepping for lunch/brunch.

support will be offered by a kitchen assistant and part time chef with chef/owner stepping in when needed.

Daytime hours, staff food and a relaxed, fun working environment is provided.

We pride ourselves on working particularly well as a team that looks after our staff and creates a warm, family style working environment.

This job will be prep heavy and the chef is expected to be able to multitask, work speedily and efficiently and to fill orders in a timely fashion.

The role will include weekend hours although we are fair and flexible with time off on weekends when needed and expect to offer weekends off periodically.
