We are seeking skilled Chefs to join our team in a lively gastro pub located in the heart of Clane. Key responsibilities include preparing high-quality food, maintaining a clean work area, and ensuring food safety and hygiene standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are met
- Assist with menu development
- Contribute to the overall success of the kitchen team
Requirements:
- 1-5 years of experience as Head Chef/Sous Chef/Trainee
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of cooking techniques
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
