Job Description

The Head of Account Management plays a pivotal role in overseeing the field-based service team, driving process improvements, achieving targets, and managing a team of dedicated service professionals. This position is instrumental in strengthening customer relationships, managing customer portfolios, renewing customer accounts, and empowering the service team to cross sell and upsell to our existing customers.As the Head of Account Management, your responsibilities will include:Leading and developing a field-based team to drive continuous improvement initiatives and strengthen relationships with our valued customers.Cultivating a proactive customer-focused culture and mindset within the team to enhance and grow the Workwear business in Ireland.Providing strategic direction to ensure that agreed KPIs and targets are met.Responsible for the Account Management Department budget.Exploring strategies to increase sales and profitability among existing customers.Collaborating closely with internal departments, including sales, distribution, operations, and finance.Engaging with key stakeholders and providing regular updates on relevant project activities.Monthly reporting of results to the Regional Managing Director.The ideal candidate will demonstrate:A crucial component of commercial awareness and the ability to manage key stakeholders in the Workwear business.Proven track record of managing a field-based team nationwide.A clear financial understanding of EBITDA, margin, substance, and portfolio value.Negotiating experience with senior buyers and key stakeholders at a high level.Experience in tender processing, closed framework agreements, and SLAs.Experience with CRM reporting systems - Salesforce.com. #J-18808-Ljbffr
