Head of AI role with a global organisation in Leinster. Build a team from the ground up and lead the organisation's progress into new technical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a team from the ground up.
- Lead the organisation's movement towards AI technologies and continuous improvement.
- Embed resources to address gaps within the organisation.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of business and technical acumen.
- Strong track record of leading and growing organisations as an ecosystem.
- Experience with AWS, Data Science, analytics tools, and programming languages such as Python and Java.
- Experience with NLP, ML, and AI.
- Extensive people management experience.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and strategy skills.
