Head of AI Build a team A Head of AI position with a global organisation in Leinsterhas opened up. As a head of AI, you will hold a high degree of influence and decision making to enable the organisation to progress into their new technical capabilities. This is a highly innovative and creative organisation who have invested heavily within their technology platform and moving to a cloud-based environment. As Head of AI, you will be involved building and managing a team from the ground up. As a leader within their industry they are consistently striving for improvement. This Enterprise organisation have a very exciting road map and strategy ahead and plan to extend their AI capabilities with advanced technologies using LLM in particular. The ideal individual will have a strong understanding business and technical acumen with a strong track record of leading and growing organisations as an eco-system. There is plenty of scope to grow and develop your career. You will play an impactful part within their movement towards AI technologies and continuous improvement including viewing gaps within the organisation and embedding the needed resources. Role / opportunity: Head of AI Build a team form the ground up. Cloud based environment AWS Data Driven technology company with large volumes of data Strong experience with LLM implementation Autonomous, senior level role with opportunity to make a significant impact Nice culture innovative, creative, collaborative Skills / experience: Strong track record within an AWS Environment and Data Science. Strong experience in analytics tools/platforms such as Python, Azure ML, GCP/Gemini, SQL, PowerBI/Fabric, Tableau, MLOps, GitHub and GitHub copilot, RAG, LLM. Experience with NLP/ ML and AI Experience with programming languages such as Python, or Java. Extensive People Management experience. Strong stakeholder engagement & strategy skills Salary: €110000 - €120000 (Mostly remote) Leinster area.
