Job Summary: Lead a team in a global organisation, leveraging AI to drive technical capabilities and innovation in a cloud-based environment.
- Build and manage a team from scratch
- Drive strategic decision-making to progress the organisation's technical capabilities
- Embed AI technologies, leveraging LLM for advanced capabilities
- Identify gaps and resource allocation
- Strive for continuous improvement
As a senior-level leader, you will have:
- Strong business and technical acumen
- Experience with AWS, data science, analytics tools, and programming languages (Python, Java)
- Exposure to NLP/ML, AI, and LLM
- Extensive people management and stakeholder engagement experience
