You will be responsible for developing and implementing analytics strategies, defining and tracking key performance indicators, selecting and managing analytics tools and platforms, and leading a team of talented data analysts. You will have proven experience of working in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment where exceptional is the norm. A strong culture of execution and delivery is essential to succeed in this role, championing our strategy of a data-enabled organization in all aspects of our technologies and business processes.DutiesWith input from the wider IT organization and the Chief Data Officer, develop and execute a vision and strategy for data analytics across the organization.With engagement from business SMEs, define and monitor company-wide metrics and data sources to measure and improve performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.Lead and mentor a team of data analysts, providing guidance, feedback, and training.Collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize business questions and analytics needs.Communicate and present insights and recommendations to internal and external audiences, using clear and compelling data storytelling.Stay updated on the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in data analytics.Skills & CompetenciesExcellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or related field.10+ years of experience in data analytics, data science, or business intelligence.5+ years of experience in leading and managing data analytics teams and projects.Proficient in SQL and one or more programming languages, such as Python, R, or Java.Expert in using various analytics tools and platforms, such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, or AWS.Strong knowledge of data warehousing, data modeling, data quality, and data governance.Passionate about data and driven by curiosity and innovation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
