**Head of Commercial Finance, Off Trade IOI** **Job Summary:** Lead the commercial finance function for the Take Home Trade channel, driving growth and superior business performance in Ireland's largest beer and spirits supplier. **Job Description:** Diageo, the world's leading premium drinks company, is seeking a seasoned finance leader to join its Ireland team. As the Head of Commercial Finance for the Take Home Trade channel, you will partner with the Commercial Director and Diageo IOI executive team to deliver an ambitious strategy for growth and business performance. **Key Responsibilities:** * Provide strategic leadership and business partnering with the Commercial Director for Take-Home Trade * Own the P&L, balance sheet, and working capital delivery for the channel, including risk management and opportunity identification * Analyze business performance using market and internal data to drive business performance and identify actionable insights * Lead and develop a program of long-term margin expansion activity for the channel * Drive a culture of continuous improvement in the finance function through collaboration with the wider Ireland finance community * Provide decision support for customer commercial negotiations, strategic projects, and operational matters **Ideal Candidate:** * Qualified Accountant or MBA with a strong academic record and 8 years of PQE * Proven experience in managing senior stakeholders and building genuine relationships * Strong business partnering experience, ideally in a commercial environment * Exceptional ability to drive change and process improvement * Deep understanding of the commercial FMCG industry **Flexibility:** Diageo values flexibility and offers a range of working arrangements to support work-life balance.
