We are now seeking a skilled professional to join our team as the Head of Compliance for our Ireland-based authorised firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the firm is aware of and can align with applicable regulatory and conduct requirements.
- Assist the business in implementing regulatory changes.
- Advise the business on the interpretation of existing rules and guidance.
Requirements:
- Detailed and extensive knowledge of the Central Bank of Ireland rules for Insurance entities and all relevant EU legislation.
- Recognised compliance qualification (LCIAI or equivalent) and third-level degree in a legal/audit/risk field.
- Strong Regulatory Compliance background in a financial services/insurance/funds environment.
