Obtain a senior role leading the compliance function for a financial services company, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and implementing changes.

We are now seeking a skilled professional to join our team as the Head of Compliance for our Ireland-based authorised firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the firm is aware of and can align with applicable regulatory and conduct requirements.
  • Assist the business in implementing regulatory changes.
  • Advise the business on the interpretation of existing rules and guidance.

Requirements:

  • Detailed and extensive knowledge of the Central Bank of Ireland rules for Insurance entities and all relevant EU legislation.
  • Recognised compliance qualification (LCIAI or equivalent) and third-level degree in a legal/audit/risk field.
  • Strong Regulatory Compliance background in a financial services/insurance/funds environment.
