About you:

  1. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and effectively in high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
  2. Comprehensive understanding of the technical aspects of software deployment and usage.
  3. Thorough knowledge of commercial contracts within the software or IT sector.
  4. Possess strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving.
  5. Proficient in delivering presentations and demonstrating software at various organizational levels, including C-level executives.
  6. Capability to comprehend and effectively communicate customer software and service needs.
  7. Strong business acumen with the ability to think creatively in a commercial context.
  8. Experienced in driving, building, maintaining, and controlling pipelines.
  9. Develop strong relationships with current customers and adeptly resolve challenging situations.
  10. Provide the highest level of customer service and technical proficiency at all times.

Day-to-day, you will:

  1. Collaborate with divisional leadership, including Managing Directors, Sales Leaders, and Board Members within Access.
  2. Manage commercial opportunities related to customer overuse and intellectual property infringement.
  3. Enhance divisional achievements through customer compliance initiatives and project oversight.
  4. Initiate tasks enthusiastically and maintain positivity in challenging situations.
  5. Handle large volumes of data with meticulous attention to detail.
  6. Navigate challenging commercial discussions towards favorable resolutions.
  7. Deliver solutions effectively in the relevant market.
  8. Demonstrate proficiency in business processes and practices, capable of working autonomously or collaboratively.

Your skills and experiences might also include:

  1. GCSE A-C in Maths and English.
  2. Previous experience in B2B commercial and sales roles.
  3. Sector-specific sales experience preferred.
  4. Able to work independently and as part of a small team.
  5. Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
  6. Strong communication abilities (telephone, email, written) with attention to detail.
  7. Act with integrity, loyalty, and honesty.
  8. Willingness to travel and stay overnight as needed, with a valid UK driver's license.
