Our ideal candidate is a senior content writer or content expert ready to step up to a Head of Content role. They should be brilliant content idea generators with a passion for strategy and campaign execution, crafting compelling narratives and experiences along the way.About The RoleAs the Head of Content, you'll lead the content function within the broader Atomic creative team. With a strong writing background and experience in creating engaging content for B2B and tech brands, you'll report to the Creative Director. You'll bring strategic thinking to the role, generate ideas, write copy, and support creatives in delivering their best work. You'll work independently but embrace collaboration.Additionally, you'll recruit and manage a panel of skilled writers to enhance the content team. We are looking for someone who can develop outstanding content campaigns and platform ideas that we can sell to our clients. This is a fantastic opportunity for a talented, experienced, and enthusiastic content creator to produce best-in-class work for a wide range of global brands from Salesforce and GitLab to Schneider Electric and Grab.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and edit content of all kinds for lead generation, branding, internal communications, and recruitment campaigns. This includes articles, blog posts, ebooks, white papers, emails, social media, landing pages, case studies, presentations, and more.Provide creative and strategic input on new content ideas and distribution strategies for all clients.Lead content brainstorming sessions, conduct research, and analyse competitors to develop impactful content solutions.Commission, manage, and edit third-party writers when additional or specialised content is needed.Collaborate with clients and in-house teams (creative, strategy, and client services) to exceed project expectations.Interview business leaders and subject matter experts for written content and video/audio interviews.Key RequirementsExperience managing teams and third-party contributors.Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.Impeccable attention to detail.Strong organisational and time management skills.Knowledge of B2B tech.Extensive knowledge of social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), including best practices, strategic development, and innovative creative approaches.A portfolio of published work.Preferred: Degree in journalism, communications, or English.Proficiency with G Suite, MS Office, and iWork.Ability to present work clearly, confidently, and energetically to clients.Flexible writing style to match each client’s tone of voice.Team player with a positive attitude and initiative.Bonus SkillsStrong understanding of SEO best practices.Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.Experience in data-driven content strategy and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).Knowledge of UX/UI principles to optimise content engagement.Experience in podcast production and webinar hosting.Understanding of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.Proficiency in multimedia content creation (e.g., infographics, interactive content).Ability to run A/B tests to optimise content performance.Experience with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).Basic knowledge of coding languages (HTML, CSS) for content formatting and troubleshooting.What we ProvideA fantastic opportunity to join one of Ireland's most exciting scale-up companiesCompetitive salaryA versatile hybrid working modelLearning & knowledge share from the team around youHealth Insurance contributionLearning & Development supportCulture Club with a focus on social, learning & wellness activitiesChance to work in a dynamic fun environmentIf you think this opportunity is for you, apply today!Atomic is an equal opportunity employer.
