- Building a high-performing team of data experts, including Data Scientists and Data Engineers
- Developing a robust data infrastructure, including a Data Warehouse and BI Reporting and Analytics layer
- Driving business growth through data-driven insights and recommendations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate data into business decision-making
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience building and leading high-performing data teams
- Strong technical background, with expertise in SQL, Python, and R
- Previous experience in Financial Services, preferably in a two-sided digital marketplace
- Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to drive business outcomes through data-driven insights
