The Faculty of Engineering seeks to appoint a well-qualified person with broad vision and leadership qualities to be the Head of Department of Electronic Engineering & Communications. The successful candidate will have appropriate administrative and supervisory experience and will be capable of meeting and promoting the needs of the Department in line with the SETU Strategic Plan (2023-2028). Essential Requirements: An appropriate Honours degree (First or Second Class) or equivalent. At least 5 years appropriate post qualification experience of managing people, projects, research and/or budgets. Desirable Criteria: A higher qualification at Masters and/or PhD Level or equivalent professional qualification. Salary: Senior Lecturer II Salary Scale €92,252 - €118,605 #SETUC
