My client, a leader in the food production industry, is hiring a Head of Engineering. Reporting directly to the Director of Manufacturing, they will be tasked with running all engineering functions across their business.ResponsibilitiesDriving lean and continuous improvement initiativesDeveloping and leading the Engineering strategySupport the Head of Technical on group initiatives and ensure there are best practice methodologies in placeResponsible and fully accountable for all day to day, week to week engineering KPI, targets and plansRequired experiencePrevious experience in a senior management engineering roleMinimum 3 years experience in live food operations sectorRelevant third level qualificationThis role is fully on site and will be based from my client's North Eastern office. #J-18808-Ljbffr
