My client, a leader in the food production industry, is hiring a Head of Engineering. Reporting directly to the Director of Manufacturing, they will be tasked with running all engineering functions across their business. Responsibilities Driving lean and continuous improvement initiatives Developing and leading the Engineering strategy Support the Head of Technical on group initiatives and ensure there are best practice methodologies in place Responsible and fully accountable for all day to day, week to week engineering KPI, targets and plans Required experience Previous experience in a senior management engineering role Minimum 3 years experience in live food operations sector Relevant third level qualification This role is fully on site and will be based from my clients North Eastern office.
