Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Event Management professional to lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of entertainment events and festivals in the Gleneagle Hotel venues, INEC Arena, and on the Gleneagle complex. The successful candidate will have a strong background in event management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure. They will be responsible for coordinating and planning events, working with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality events. Key areas of responsibility include: • Planning and coordination: Coordinate and plan the set up and production of events on site, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality event, including liaison with clients, supervision of contractors, and adherence to budgets and legislative requirements. • Event delivery: Work with the Gleneagle Hotel management team and INEC team to deliver events, overseeing all aspects of the event and ensuring the safety of employees, patrons, and artists. • Maintenance, health and safety: Oversee the preventative maintenance plan for the INEC, ensuring adherence to health and safety and ISO standards across the INEC and all venues. • Festivals: Responsible for the overall coordination, organization, and delivery of festivals throughout the calendar year, participating in the development of new ideas for festivals and bringing them to fruition.
