**Key responsibilities:**
Lead our finance strategy: Forecasting, budgeting, financial risk management, and smart, sustainable growth.
Build and manage company-wide operations: Data analytics, goal setting, efficiency, scalability, and growth readiness.
Own OKR and business planning: Collaborate with leadership to set strategy and goals that drive our success.
Lead financial modelling and analysis: Support strategic initiatives and key business decisions with financial and data modelling.
Fundraising and investor relations: Develop fundraising strategy and build lasting relationships with partners and investors.
Resource allocation and scalability: Develop strategies for scalable growth while ensuring cost efficiency and internal audit processes.
Enable revenue operations: Ensure sales, customer success, and marketing teams have the right tools and data for revenue growth.
**Requirements:**
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field (MBA or advanced degree a plus).
5+ years of experience in senior finance and operations role, preferably in start-up environment.
Track record of driving operational efficiencies, scaling processes, and resource allocation.
Experience with start-up finance, including managing Series A or B funding rounds.
Confident in financial planning, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow management.
Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, thriving in cross-functional team environments.
Strong strategic thinker with outstanding problem-solving skills, keeping the bigger picture in mind.
Communicate clearly and confidently, presenting complex financial data in an understandable way.
