As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Financial Controller to join our team and drive our financial strategy forward.Position Overview: The Head of Finance will play a crucial role in overseeing the financial operations of Jobbio, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strategic alignment with our growth objectives. This role demands a proactive individual with a strong analytical mind, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced tech environment.Key Responsibilities:Financial Management & Reporting:Oversee all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements in compliance with standards..Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for executive management and stakeholders.Budgeting & Forecasting:Lead the annual budgeting process, providing financial insights and guidance to departmental heads.Develop and maintain financial models to forecast business performance and support strategic decision-making.Cash Flow Management:Monitor and manage the company's cash flow to ensure sufficient liquidity for operations and strategic initiatives.Implement effective cash management policies and procedures and cash forecasting.Compliance & Audit:Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards, including tax filings and audits.Liaise with external auditors and manage the audit process.Process Improvement:Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the finance function.Leverage technology and automation to streamline financial operations and reporting.Team Leadership:Lead the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business initiatives.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position.Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.Strong understanding of regulatory requirements.Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems..Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling.Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial data to non-financial stakeholders.Experience in the tech or HR tech industry is a big plus.Benefits:Competitive salary.Generous PTO and flexible work arrangements.Company pension contribution. Opportunities for professional growth and development.Collaborative and innovative work environment.Early finish Fridays.
