Job Description
Seeking a Head of Finance to lead financial strategy, manage teams, and deliver high-level financial reporting for a rapidly growing company in the Southeast.
Responsibilities:
- Shape and execute the company's financial strategy, ensuring optimal utilisation of capital and resources.
- Supervise all financial tasks across the business, including financial reporting and budget consolidation.
- Oversee the implementation of sound cash flow management processes and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Maintain accurate financial systems and processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide regular, timely financial management information, including strategic analysis and monthly accounts, to support decision-making at the highest level.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with superior mathematical skills.
- Proven experience as a Head of Finance or similar role.
- Proven experience of managing teams.
- Strong knowledge of accounting standards, corporate finance principles, and financial analysis.
- Excellent organisational and leadership skills with outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Previous experience of working within a regulated environment would be advantageous.
