Barden has partnered with an Irish Not for Profit to hire a Head of Finance to lead their team. The role is a key hire for the organisation and is part of the senior leadership team.
The successful person will be a qualified accountant with 6+ years PQE, with experience in a management role. Experience in the Not for Profit sector is desirable.
- Develop and implement strategic objectives to maintain the organisation's financial sustainability and success.
- Lead the finance function, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance with best practices.
- Play a key role in strategy implementation, policy formation, and aligning with the organisation's values.
The ideal candidate will be commercially minded with high-level strategic thinking and leadership. Strong analytical abilities and concise reporting are also essential.
