• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team to drive efficiency and improve internal controls. • Manage the production of monthly management accounts and review and prepare key performance indicators (KPIs). • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and year-end audit management to ensure financial stability and compliance. • Develop and implement efficient processes and systems to streamline finance operations. • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team to drive business growth and improvement.About the Role:
