Job Description
Seeking a Head of Finance to lead a division with ongoing construction activity, overseeing finance, process improvement, and key relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a finance team
- Produce monthly management accounts and analysis
- Review and prepare KPIs, budgets, and forecasts
- Manage internal controls and external audit
- Review and improve systems and processes
- Document policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant with at least 10 years PQE
- Experience in construction-related finance
- Leadership and team development experience
- Proficiency in finance ERP systems
