We assist Irish Company Directors, Business Owners and Entrepreneurs to reduce costs, reduce taxes and improve both business and personal financial performance. Walfrid Private implement strategic plans with their clients to ensure they achieve financial independence sooner than they ever imagined possible by structuring long term bespoke financial cashflows. We work with clients nationwide, to ensure Wealth Development through multi-channel cashflows that are structured tax efficiently. Role Overview: We are seeking to add a Head of Financial Advice to our team, with the goal of growing out a team of Financial Advisors. This role is pivotal in driving our continued growth and ensuring the delivery of exceptional service to our high-net-worth (HNW) clients. The Head of Financial Advice will be responsible for their own clients along with the recruitment and mentoring of a team of Financial Advisors, ensuring that targets are met, and that clients receive tailored, high-quality financial advice. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough financial assessments to understand clients' goals, risk tolerance, and financial situations. Develop and implement customized financial plans that align with clients' objectives, incorporating investment strategies, retirement planning, tax planning, and estate planning. Provide expert advice on a range of financial products and services, such as pension, investment and protection products. Build a team of Financial Advisors through either development of current employees or through external recruitment. Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and achieve company objectives. Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and achieve company objectives. Implement best practices in financial advising to maintain the highest ethical standards. Identify opportunities for new business development and cross-selling of services within the existing client base. Skills & Experience: Minimum of 8 years experience in a senior financial advisory role. Previous brokerage experience would be an advantage. Background in people management desirable. Extensive experience in advising on pension, protection, and investment products in the Irish market. QFA required.
