The Job Lead, motivate, upskill and develop a team of financial advisors Set individual performance targets for revenue generation & monitor progress Drive departmental revenue performance to meet/exceed business targets Develop and implement strategies to increase business opportunities Ensure revenue growth across all business lines of Pensions, Investments & Protection Promote client-centric approaches to financial planning Develop and execute the strategic plan for the Financial Planning department Identify training needs within the team and implement programs to address gaps in skills or knowledge The Candidate Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial planning or wealth management Minimum of 2 years in a leadership role. Qualified Financial Advisor (QFA) designation or equivalent Proven track record of leading a team to achieve revenue targets Strong knowledge of Irish financial regulations and best practices in financial planning Proven ability to meet personal revenue targets.
