**Financial Risk Manager** A highly skilled professional is sought to lead the development and implementation of the Financial Risk Framework across the Davy Group, providing expert guidance on financial risk management and oversight of risk-related initiatives. Our culture is built on three core values: client success, one Davy, and building a proud legacy. **Key Responsibilities** • Embed the Financial Risk Framework across the Davy Group and maintain a suite of financial risk policies • Provide financial risk management subject matter advice and guidance across Davy, challenging and reviewing strategic initiatives within the business • Lead the Financial Risk Committees / Forums and attend other relevant Committee/Forum meetings to represent the Risk function and provide financial risk perspective • Accountable for overall risk oversight of certain legal entities, with support from the wider 2 Lo D functions • Responsible for production/approval of financial risk metrics and analysis for board and external reports • Provide Financial Risk input/guidance to Risk and Control Self Assessments (RCSAs) **Requirements** • Strong educational background (3rd level relevant degree and/or professional qualification) • Minimum of 10 years' experience in a risk-related role, with exposure to different risk areas (Market Risk, Credit Risk, Model Risk, Liquidity Risk, Investment Risk etc.) • Demonstrable applied knowledge of the various components of a strong Risk Management Framework • Knowledge of Va R, ICAAP, scenario analysis, stress testing, and Stratpro • Excellent communication, commitment, and problem-solving skills, with excellent presentation skills • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience of leading and driving process and technology change **What We Offer** • Competitive salary and annual performance-related discretionary bonus • Annual flexible benefits, employer pension contribution, and multiple insurance coverage • Training support provided by an award-winning Learning & Development Team • Extensive sports & social programmes, flexible working options, employee assistance programme, enhanced leave options, and social & community care initiatives Davy is an equal opportunities employer, committed to fostering an inclusive workplace.
