Head of FP&A European Team

Lead the development of the financial forecast and planning of the European expansion, supporting the wider project team and local management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver the multi-year plan under the European expansion and lead the transition to BAU deliverables.
• Compile and submit project status reports to management and stakeholders.
• Work with stakeholders for efficient project implementation and challenge business assumptions.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting, including Board materials and strategy presentations.
• Lead the production of the Monthly Operating Results for senior management.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with key business and finance partners.

Requirements:

• Professional Accounting or industry-specific qualification (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CPA, CIMA, CFA).
• 7+ years of experience in Accounting, Finance or Audit, preferably in Financial Services.
• Understanding of management and financial reporting processes within Banking.
• Self-motivated individual with ability to work independently and prioritize multiple deliverables.
• High level of proficiency in Excel, Word, and Power Point.
