Cpl HR recruitment are delighted to go to market with an exclusive Head of HR, Medical position. This permanent role will have a large number of direct reports based in Dublin on a permanent basis. This role will report into the HR Director.Role and responsibilities:Provide best in class HR direction to a wide audienceSupport, guide and develop team membersEnsure the future people plans are in line with the strategy for the hospitalProvide operational and strategic support to 2 groups with varying demandsGuide on recruitment and selection process to ensure they are compliant Develop and implement robust performance management systems, development plans etcSkills and experience required:Experience in a senior HR position, leading a large teamMasters or 3rd level degree, CIPD qualification would be an advantageExperience in the medical field or healthcare sector would be best suitedMust have experience working in a position with complex demandsThe ideal candidate will be used to a fast paced, complex organisationIf you have the industry experience and would like to know more about this role, send your CV to amy.lawson@cpl.ie to find out more #J-18808-Ljbffr
