Seeking experienced Head of HR, Medical professional to lead a large team in Dublin, providing strategic support and guidance to ensure future people plans align with hospital strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide best-in-class HR direction to a wide audience
- Support, guide and develop team members
- Ensure future people plans are in line with hospital strategy
- Provide operational and strategic support to two groups with varying demands
- Guide on recruitment and selection process to ensure compliance
- Develop and implement robust performance management systems, development plans etc
Requirements:
- Experience in a senior HR position, leading a large team
- Masters or 3rd level degree, CIPD qualification would be an advantage
- Experience in the medical field or healthcare sector would be best suited
- Must have experience working in a position with complex demands
- The ideal candidate will be used to a fast-paced, complex organisation
