Cpl HR recruitment are supporting a global organisation in recruiting a Head of HR operations for a busy area of their business for a 2-year FTC. Supporting a large headcount, you will need to think on your feet, have strong robust HR experience, and be able to build strong relationships.Role and Responsibilities:Lead, drive and engage a large workforce.Champion change management projects.Guide on best practice IR and ER cases and manage escalations accordingly.Work to drive a high-performance culture and develop strong engagement.Work with various parts of the business to develop best-in-class people plans in line with the business.Skills and Experience Required:Extensive HR experience with a strong operations background.Direct management experience would be ideal.Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, logistics, or retail would be an advantage.Be a strong, logical decision maker.Have an excellent ability to build meaningful relationships.If this position sounds like it could be a good fit for you and you enjoy a busy working environment, send your CV to amy.lawson@cpl.ie to find out more. #J-18808-Ljbffr
