HEAD OF HUMAN RESOURCES Bon Secours Hospital Cork Bon Secours Health System seeks a visionary HR leader to join us in driving excellence at Bon Secours Hospital Cork, Ireland's largest private hospital and a cornerstone of healthcare since 1915. As our new Head of HR, you will spearhead our human resource function, playing a pivotal role in leading a transformational change journey, that is closely aligned with our ambitious 2025 Plan and People Strategy. In this key position, you will be an integral member of both the Hospital Management Team and Group HR Management Team, ensuring the achievement of our strategic goals through innovative HR policies, practices, and systems. Your expertise will guide our workforce of nearly 1,600 Exceptional People who serve 50,000 patients annually, embodying our commitment to exceptional, compassionate healthcare. The ideal candidate for this role brings a wealth of experience. We are seeking an individual with a degree in Human Resources or equivalent in a related field, complemented by extensive HR management experience, preferably within the healthcare sector. Your proven track record in change management and performance improvement will be crucial, as we navigate the evolving healthcare landscape.
