Job Opening: Permanent Head of Human Resources TTM Healthcare Soultions is proud to partner with our client in Limerick to recruit a Permanent Head of Human Resources for an intellectual disability service. Key Details: 30 days annual leave Responsibilities: The post holder will be responsible for: The distribution and implementation of HR and related policies to ensure compliance with National Policies, statutory employment laws, and regulations. Managing all HR activities in the Limerick Region and leading organizational change programs. Providing leadership in performance management, succession planning, strategic resourcing, and culture change. Ensuring adherence to Irish and EU laws and regulations relevant to the position. Requirements: Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior HR role in a large complex organization. Thorough knowledge of Irish and EU Employment Law. Experience in people management, team leadership, and senior management collaboration. Strong HRM knowledge, relationship-building skills, and HRM strategy development. Experience in negotiation, relationship management, and engagement with Staff and Unions. Degree at level 8 or higher in a relevant discipline; level 9 qualification desirable. Experience in change management, problem-solving, analytical skills, and financial processes. Initiative, multi-tasking abilities, and collaboration in a multi-disciplinary team. Computer literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and HR Information systems. Full clean driving licence. **Selected candidates will undergo a short-listing process for further role details.
