Permanent Head of Human Resources job sought for an intellectual disability service in Limerick. The successful candidate will lead HR activities, implement policies, and ensure compliance with Irish and EU laws. Requirements include 3 years' experience in a senior HR role, thorough knowledge of Irish and EU Employment Law, and a degree at level 8 or higher.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n• Implement HR and related policies to ensure compliance with National Policies, statutory employment laws, and regulations.\n\n• Manage all HR activities in the Limerick Region and lead organizational change programs.\n\n• Provide leadership in performance management, succession planning, strategic resourcing, and culture change.\n\n• Ensure adherence to Irish and EU laws and regulations relevant to the position.\n\nRequirements:\n\n• Minimum 3 years' experience in a senior HR role in a large complex organization.\n\n• Thorough knowledge of Irish and EU Employment Law.\n\n• Experience in people management, team leadership, and senior management collaboration.\n\n• Strong HRM knowledge, relationship-building skills, and HRM strategy development.\n\n• Experience in negotiation, relationship management, and engagement with staff and unions.\n\n• Degree at level 8 or higher in a relevant discipline; level 9 qualification desirable.\n\n• Experience in change management, problem-solving, analytical skills, and financial processes.\n\n• Initiative, multi-tasking abilities, and collaboration in a multi-disciplinary team.\n\n• Computer literacy, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and HR Information systems.\n\n• Full clean driving licence.\n\nTTM Healthcare Solutions is an equal opportunities employer.
