Purpose of Position: Head of International Student Recruitment role is responsible for managing student recruitment across all NCI's international markets. The role includes direct responsibility for student recruitment from Latin America and onshore markets. Additionally, the role holder will manage a team of regional managers who cover South Asia, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East/Africa. An opportunity has arisen for an individual with a proven track record in international student recruitment or a similar field to drive the next phase of our development. Reporting to: Director of Marketing and International Development Key Relationships: Director of Marketing and International Development (Reports to) Regional Managers x2 and South Asia-based Regional Team (Manage) NCI International Support Team Academic Leadership Team Academic Partnership Manager NCI Faculty NCI Admissions NCI Marketing Team Vice President Academic Affairs and Research Key Responsibilities: Take responsibility for the Latin America market and all onshore international students based in Ireland. Additionally, manage two Dublin-based regional managers and a regional manager based in South Asia. Collaborate with the Director to agree on annual revenue forecasts and coordinate all international sales and recruitment activity to optimize numbers, manage budgets, optimize ROI, and improve applicant conversion rates. Oversee the development of current and emerging international markets to bring sustainable growth and diversity to the NCI international student body. Support the Academic Partnerships Manager and contribute to identifying and developing international collaborations and partnerships. Ensure compliance with TrustEd Ireland national standards, including responsibility for agent management, communications, processes, and contracts across the International Office. Support the Head of Marketing with all international marketing, events, and communications requirements to ensure NCI international marketing campaigns deliver objectives and align with overall NCI brand objectives. Gather and deliver market insights to drive better marketing results. Work closely with NCI Admissions to ensure continued streamlining of international admissions requirements and processes. Key Attributes: A relevant third-level qualification and a minimum of five years of relevant work experience in a results-focused organization. Sales and sales management experience within the education sector or a similar field, with a demonstrated record of achieving ambitious revenue targets. Significant experience in managing international student recruitment and international education agent networks (Applicants with significant international sales experience from other sectors may be considered). Strong organisational and communication skills. The ability to work to tight deadlines is essential. Ability to travel domestically and internationally as the role demands. Must be eligible and willing to reside and work full-time in Ireland.
