Job Description
Seeking experienced investment professional to lead portfolio management and asset stewardship for SSGA Europe Limited, overseeing investment staff in Ireland and Poland.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee portfolio management and asset stewardship for portfolios contracted to and managed by SSGA Europe Limited, as well as assets delegated to other SSGA entities.
- Take leadership for investments on matters that could have an adverse impact on clients and stakeholders.
- Engage with regulators and assume all relevant regulatory responsibilities and designations.
- Contribute to the strengthening of investment processes, research, and control framework in the region.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification and/or professional investment designation preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of investment experience.
- Regular travel to Krakow required.
- Experience with governance and regulatory activity a plus.
