* As an LLT member, contribute, lead and support the wider business goals.

* Continuously improving site performance metrics
* Strategically focused on performance
* Fast response to line issues and unblocking barriers to performance
* Lead CI events through 5"S" / Kaizen / PDCA etc.
* Analytical ability to work through complex issues.
* Ability to network across the wider business to learn and improve the site performance whilst enhancing the site's reputation globally.
* Work closely with local agencies to learn and grow the site reputation within Ireland.
* Build strong relationships with other departments to ensure optimum performance and productivity.
* Continually review productivity goals to drive cost savings.

* 5+ years of direct production experience at a Senior Management level.

* Strategic, goal focussed individual with high intensity and a passion for leading, managing and developing teams.
* Ability to deliver complex solutions in close collaboration with key stakeholders.
* Readily accepts ownership, accountability, and responsibility in delivering effective solutions.
* Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills required.
