Lead a team of manufacturing professionals to drive operational excellence and deliver high-quality healthcare products in a dynamic and growth-focused environment.

As Head of Manufacturing, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence, fostering a high-performing culture, and delivering essential healthcare products.

Key responsibilities include:

  • KPI Management: Maintain disciplined oversight of site Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with a specific focus on Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory, and Productivity (SQDIP).
  • Leadership and Coaching: Provide empowered, people-centric leadership by offering support, recognition, and growth opportunities.
  • Resource Planning: Lead strategic headcount and resource planning, optimizing workforce efficiency while building and maintaining a robust talent pipeline.
  • Team Performance: Manage and inspire your team to consistently deliver performance improvements, ensuring that training and development align with both individual and business goals.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with other departments to drive productivity and meet business objectives, contributing to site-wide and global company goals.
  • Continuous Improvement: Champion a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices, leading improvement events (Kaizen, PDCA, 5 S), and overcoming performance barriers swiftly.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships internally and externally, enhancing the site's performance and reputation both locally and globally.

Requirements for the Head of Manufacturing role:

  • 5+ years of direct production experience at a senior management level within a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrable experience leading teams and fostering a culture of empowerment, development, and high performance.
  • Proven success in KPI management, with a focus on improving operational metrics related to safety, quality, and productivity.
  • A track record of leading continuous improvement initiatives, using tools such as Kaizen and PDCA.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to solve complex problems and drive operational efficiencies.
  • Experience collaborating across departments and building external relationships to enhance site performance and reputation.
