Lead a team of manufacturing professionals in North Dublin, driving site performance and promoting a Zero-Harm culture.
Key responsibilities include:
- KPI Delivery: Focus on day-to-day delivery of site KPI metrics
- EHS Management: Promote a Zero-Harm culture and manage EHS risks
- Team Leadership & Coaching: Empower leadership style, provide support and recognition, and develop individuals and teams
- Succession Planning: Develop roadmaps and a talent pipeline to ensure continuity
- Training & Development: Deliver optimum training and development plans for the team
- Site Performance: Continuously improve site performance metrics, strategically focused on performance, and lead CI events
- Networking: Network across the wider business to learn and improve site performance
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with other departments to ensure optimum performance and productivity
- Productivity Goals: Continually review productivity goals to drive cost savings
Requirements:
- At least 5 years' direct production experience at a Senior Management level
- Minimum degree qualification (level 8), in Engineering or another discipline
- Strategic, goal-focused individual with high intensity and a passion for leading, managing, and developing teams
- Ability to deliver complex solutions in close collaboration with key stakeholders
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills required
Medical Device manufacturing management experience is essential.
