Job Overview: The Head of Acquisition and Performance Marketing will be responsible for driving user acquisition and optimizing performance marketing strategies to achieve the company’s growth objectives. This role requires a highly skilled professional with hands-on experience in affiliation, programmatic advertising, and social media marketing. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the online gaming industry and a proven track record of executing successful acquisition campaigns. Key Responsibilities Strategy & Planning Develop and implement comprehensive acquisition and performance marketing strategies to drive user growth and retention. Collaborate with senior management to define and prioritize key marketing initiatives and goals. Create and manage the acquisition budget, ensuring cost-effective strategies and optimal ROI. Hands-On Campaign Management Lead the execution of performance marketing campaigns across various channels, including affiliation, programmatic advertising, and social media. Optimize campaigns through continuous testing, analysis, and data-driven decision making. Ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives and brand positioning. Affiliation Management Develop and manage the company’s affiliate marketing program to maximize partnerships and drive traffic. Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, ensuring timely communication and support. Monitor and analyze affiliate performance, implementing strategies to enhance results. Programmatic Advertising Oversee programmatic advertising efforts, including display, video, and mobile campaigns. Utilize data and technology to target and engage the right audiences effectively. Manage relationships with programmatic platforms and vendors to ensure optimal performance. Social Media Marketing Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to drive engagement and acquisition. Manage social media advertising campaigns, optimizing for reach, engagement, and conversion. Analyze social media performance metrics to inform strategy and improve outcomes. Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop the acquisition and performance marketing team to achieve high performance and professional growth. Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team. Hire and build a robust marketing team to support the company’s growth objectives. Manage external agencies and required. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 5 years in acquisition and performance marketing, with significant experience in the online gaming industry. Proven hands-on experience in managing affiliation, programmatic advertising, and social media marketing campaigns. Demonstrated track record of driving user acquisition and optimizing marketing performance. Skills Strong expertise in digital marketing channels and tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and programmatic platforms. Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
