Seeking a dynamic Head of Marketing to lead marketing functions for a product and tech-focused company operating multiple brands in the leisure/entertainment sector.

Key responsibilities include developing comprehensive marketing strategies, managing loyalty clubs, promotions, and CRM, and integrating online and retail experiences.

Requirements include 3+ years of leadership experience in the gaming industry, exceptional analytical skills, CRM experience, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Salary: circa €80 K+ depending on experience.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing to lead and develop the marketing functions of our multi-site, nationwide company operating in both land-based and online leisure/entertainment sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across all business units.
  • Collaborate with business units to develop tailored marketing plans and budgets.
  • Create marketing plans for expansion into new locations.
  • Liaise with the Online Marketing teams to integrate online best practices into the retail environment.
  • Partner with the IT department to enhance customer experience through bespoke development.

Promotions:

  • Design and implement a dynamic marketing calendar.
  • Develop data-driven campaigns to enhance customer retention and attract new clientele.
  • Develop and manage in-club, online/social media advertising campaigns to bring awareness to these promotions.

CRM and Customer Retention:

  • Enhance CRM and retention strategies with multi-channel campaigns.
  • Focusing on sophisticated customer journeys and VIP engagement to maximize customer satisfaction and lifetime value.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral including promotional posters, SMS, and emails.
  • Develop out a VIP function.

Analysis and Reporting:

  • Develop and monitor key performance indicators.
  • Use analytics to optimize marketing performance and collaborate on customer analysis, segmentation, and targeting.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Industry Expertise: Minimum of 3 years in a leadership marketing role within the gaming industry.
  • Analytical Skills: Exceptional skills in Excel and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau, with a demonstrated ability to derive actionable insights from data.
  • CRM Experience: Building and improving customer journeys using marketing automation tools is a must have.
  • Leadership: Proactive and self-motivated with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Communication & Organizational Skills: Strong capability in clear communication, confident leadership, and effective organization.
