Head of Marketing – Retail and Omnichannel
Our client, a product and tech-focused company operating multiple brands in the market, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Marketing to lead and develop the marketing functions of their multi-site, nationwide company.
This role demands a hands-on, highly organized manager who utilizes a strong analytical and data-driven approach to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development:
- Architect and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across all business units.
- Collaborate with business units to develop tailored marketing plans and budgets.
- Create marketing plans for expansion into new locations.
- Liaise with the Online Marketing teams to integrate online best practices into the retail environment.
- Partner with the IT department to enhance customer experience through bespoke development.
- Promotions:
- Design and implement a dynamic marketing calendar.
- Develop data-driven campaigns to enhance customer retention and attract new clientele.
- Develop and manage in-club, online, and social media advertising campaigns to bring awareness to promotions.
- CRM and Customer Retention:
- Enhance CRM and retention strategies with multi-channel campaigns.
- Focus on sophisticated customer journeys and VIP engagement to maximize customer satisfaction and lifetime value.
- Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including promotional posters, SMS, and emails.
- Develop out a VIP function.
- Analysis and Reporting:
- Develop and monitor key performance indicators.
- Use analytics to optimize marketing performance and collaborate on customer analysis, segmentation, and targeting.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years in a leadership marketing role within the gaming industry.
- Exceptional skills in Excel and BI tools like Power BI or Tableau, with a demonstrated ability to derive actionable insights from data.
- CRM experience: Building and improving customer journeys using marketing automation tools is a must-have.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong capability in clear communication, confident leadership, and effective organization.
