Reporting to the Managing Director, an Irish retail product brand is seeking to hire a Head of Marketing to manage a team of digital and traditional marketing professionals.The Head of Marketing is responsible for developing and executing the marketing strategy, managing the budget, and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) across all the groups brands. This role leads both traditional & digital marketing teams to implement marketing and digital initiatives, ensuring exceptional customer service and campaign execution. RESPONSIBILITIES:Team Leadership and DevelopmentLead, manage, and develop a high-performing marketing team to deliver industry-leading campaigns and services across all platforms and target audiencesFoster a strong team culture focused on development, accountability, and collaborationEncourage innovation by working closely with the Head of Innovation & SustainabilityStrategic PlanningDevelop and implement strategic marketing plans that support brand growth, market share increase, and eCommerce objectivesDrive customer engagement and sales through cohesive marketing plans, integrating both direct promotions and brand awareness campaignsConsumer ExperienceManage and influence through your team the online customer experience across all brandsCampaign ManagementOversee multi-channel marketing campaigns, combining traditional advertising and digital marketingEstablish partnerships with stockists to enhance product visibility and drive mutual sales growthEnsure seamless integration of campaigns across traditional and digital platforms.Brand ManagementDevelop and lead execution of strategic marketing and digital plans for all brandsEnsure all communications are aligned with our vision, values, and brand booksMaintain brand consistency and define each brand's unique value propositionAchieve and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure brand health and performanceImplement ATL (Above The Line) and BTL (Below The Line) marketing strategies to support brands and objectivesOrganise training and events to promote the brandMarketing ImplementationDevelop and execute integrated marketing programs, including PR, digital marketing, content marketing, and events managementCollaborate with both internal & external stakeholders to create and execute effective marketing strategies focused on growing footfall and market shareMonitor competitor marketing activities and adjust strategies accordinglyDigital MarketingOwn and manage websites in the group, implementing SEO and SEM strategiesDevelop and execute online digital strategies and campaigns, managing social media channelsOptimise online content and marketing efforts to enhance user experience and increase conversion ratesDevelop digital CX offering for new brandPerformance AnalysisDevelop and analyse KPIs to measure the success of marketing initiativesProvide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies and enhance customer engagement and salesReport on the performance of marketing platforms and campaigns, assessing ROI and KPIsOperational OversightOversee the delivery of marketing and online servicesEnsure compliance with SOPs, ISO standards, and Health & Safety regulationsCollaborate with Head of Sales & Head of Consumer Experience on marketing requirements and executionLeadership and CollaborationBuild a strong team culture, emphasizing development and accountabilityEnhance internal communication and collaboration across departmentsWork alongside the Head of Innovation & Strategy (HoI&S) to drive innovationContribute to the leadership as part of the Senior Leadership Team (SLT)Oversee relationships with external partners and agencies to ensure alignment and effective executionSKILLS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:Proven track record in senior marketing roles and successful campaign creation across traditional and e-commerce verticalsExpertise in website functionality, usability, and design, with experience on the Shopify platformStrong commercial reporting and analytical skills, with experience in Google and other web analytics toolsCreative mindset with a passion for digital marketingDemonstrated ability to develop and execute omnichannel eCommerce strategiesExperience managing agencies and developing traditional marketing strategiesStrong understanding of brand management and integration of traditional and digital marketing effortsExcellent market research and analysis skills to inform marketing strategiesPERSON SPECIFICATION:Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationshipsProactive with a strong sense of ownership and responsibilityPrevious team management experience is essentialCommercially focused, innovative, and curious about marketing and digital trends #J-18808-Ljbffr
