Job Description
Lead a team and service that resolves personal injuries claims in Ireland, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, with an attractive pay and pension package and flexible working hours.
The Injuries Resolution Board is an independent State body established to support the fair, prompt, and transparent resolution of personal injuries claims without the need for unnecessary litigation. As Head of Mediation, you will play a vital role in the continued development of the new mediation service and leading the service and team at the Injuries Resolution Board.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of mediators to resolve personal injuries claims in a fair, prompt, and transparent manner
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the mediation service and increase its effectiveness
- Collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer to achieve the goals and objectives of the Injuries Resolution Board
- Ensure the mediation service is delivered in accordance with the highest standards of quality and professionalism
