Lead a team and develop a mediation service that resolves personal injuries claims in Ireland, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer and enjoying a competitive pay and pension package, flexible working hours, and wellbeing supports.
The Injuries Resolution Board, an independent State body, seeks a Head of Mediation to support the fair, prompt, and transparent resolution of personal injuries claims, without the need for litigation. The role is vital in the development of the new mediation service.
- Develop and lead a team of mediators, shaping the mediation service and promoting its growth.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including the Chief Operating Officer, to achieve the Board's objectives.
- Implement processes and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of the mediation service.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of the mediation service, identifying areas for improvement.
