Job Description

  • Oversee and manage all operational activities within the region to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies and processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Monitor performance metrics and ensure operational targets and objectives are met.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key vendors, ensuring performance delivery and resolving any operational challenges.
  • Evaluate vendor performance through KPIs and metrics, addressing issues promptly to maintain quality and service standards.
  • Collaborate with XFNs to develop and implement regional strategies that align with the organisation's overall objectives.

Requirements

  • Significant experience and clear achievements in operations and vendor management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking, with a keen sense of responsibility for data integrity.
  • Clear achievements in the successful management of large-scale, complex projects including change management execution.
  • Background in Trust and Safety.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Excellent skills in verbal and written communication across both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and able to influence without authority.
