The Company Eirkoo has partnered with a privately owned company in Dublin to appoint a new Head of Operations for their business. This is a really exciting opportunity for someone who is keen to have a say in the growth of a rapidly expanding business. The Role The successful candidate will report directly into the CEO and will play a key role as part of the senior management team. This person will be required to: Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement operational strategies that align with the company's growth objectives, ensuring scalability and efficiency across all departments. Resource Management: Optimize the use of resources, including staffing, technology, and infrastructure, to support business expansion while maintaining quality and cost-effectiveness. Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve operational processes to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and streamline workflows for better performance. Financial Oversight: Collaborate with finance to manage budgets, control costs, and ensure the business operates within its financial targets, contributing to profitability and sustainable growth. Leadership and Team Development: Build and lead high-performing teams by fostering a culture of accountability, providing mentorship, and ensuring staff have the tools and skills needed to support the company's growth. About You: To be successful in this role you will need to be strong team leader but also have a record of high achievement in a operations lead role.
