Seeking experienced Head of Production Operations to lead production team and optimize manufacturing process for high-quality air filters, HVAC systems, and medical masks.

As the Head of Production Operations, you will oversee and optimize all aspects of the production process, ensuring efficient, high-quality manufacturing of all products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead daily operations of the manufacturing floor, ensuring safety, quality, and production targets are met.
- Oversee production planning, scheduling, and inventory control to optimize workflow.
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
- Drive quality assurance initiatives to maintain product standards for air filters, HVAC systems, and medical masks.
- Collaborate with management, sales, and procurement teams to introduce new products and innovations.
- Manage and mentor production staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Monitor performance metrics and report on operational progress to management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in production management, preferably in HVAC, filtration, or medical device manufacturing.
- Proven leadership experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in manufacturing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
